Returns Policy

If for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

All returns must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase Receipt.

Note: Shipping Costs cannot be refunded.

Should an uninsured item be damaged or lost during the returns process, please note, The Gift Gallery will not be responsible.

Clothing Items/ Accessories must be unworn, unused and with tags attached.

Non Refundable Items include Gift Vouchers, Jewellery and Sale Items.
